No, not the bad ones. But those movies which are flying below the radar but are looking very interesting
- ANOTHER EARTH: One fine day, in the sky. Appears a new planet, another earth. Very interesting premise for what is looking like a redemption drama. FIND: Sundance Film Fest
- MELANCHOLIA: The Lars Von Trier idea of wedding when the world literally seems to be coming to end. For those unaware, Mr. Von Trier is director of such contreversial films like AntiChrist & Dogville. Be warned
- MARTHA MARCY MAY MARLENE: Interesting premise about a troubled women, a cult & damaged memories. Yet snother FIND by Sundance
- HESHER: The IMDB info reads something like this "Hesher is a loner. He hates the world and everyone in it. He has long greasy hair and homemade tattoos. He is malnourished and smokes a lot of cigarettes. He likes fire and blowing things up. He lives in his van, until he meets TJ."
- SUBMARINE: Remember IT CROWD, now you will remeber Moss. He directs this off beat film about growing up
- RESTLESS: The story of a terminally ill teenage girl who falls for a boy who likes to attend funerals and their encounters with the ghost of a Japanese kamikaze pilot from WWII
Most of the trailers are out, but the actual release might take a while - especially our Sundance Entrants
Other notable Mentions: Bellflower, 30 minutes of less, The Help, Brides Maids (or as i say Freaks & Geeks + SNL)
